Where are AMIO Firenze products manufactured?

Our entire product range is produced exclusively in Italy. All processes take place in Italy, from design and raw material sourcing to manufacturing in family-run workshops. Cutting, sewing, finishing, and embellishment are all done in Italy. Click here to visit our production facilities .

Are AMIO Firenze products particularly good for my child?

At AMIO, everything revolves around the well-being of children. We make no compromises when it comes to quality standards, ensuring that all raw materials are of the highest grade. Our motto is "as natural as possible," because nature offers a wealth of exquisite natural fibers. Our greatest commitment is to the purity of the materials, which is why AMIO clothing is not chemically treated to make it durable, for example, during long transport. This means our products can be worn immediately, without pre-washing!

Are synthetic substances avoided?

The textile industry has been struggling with a self-inflicted image problem for some time now. Among the criticisms is the excessive use of synthetic fabrics. At AMIO, we strive to address this justified criticism by avoiding the unnecessary use of nylon, polyester, or elastane. While we do carry items like tights that use elastane to give them elasticity and ensure comfort, countless other products are already made from 100% natural fibers.

How do the sizes run at AMIO Firenze?

In our product descriptions, you will often find the corresponding age in months and years alongside the size measurements in centimeters. Thanks to our many years of experience, we have an extremely high success rate in finding the right size. There is always some leeway with each of our products, as all clothing is made to order by AMIO. For example, a garment purchased for 6 months (66 cm in our case) would only be needed again until the next size up at 9 months (72 cm in our case). However, every child's development, especially their growth spurts, is unique, so if you are unsure, we recommend choosing the next size up.

To that end, we strive to maintain our attractive offers despite rising costs, inflation, and raw material shortages, which is why we don't offer sales.
